Shipping Policy

Cut-off time is 12noon

*Applies to qualifying products only.

All items purchased before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

 

We do offer a next day delivery service with DPD however we cannot guarantee this because parcels can become delayed due to unforeseen circumstances within the DPD logistics. Unfortunately, this cannot be refunded if delivery in those time frames fails.

DPD NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY (*NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL PRODUCTS AND ADDRESSES)

Once your order is placed we will keep you informed about the status of your order from when the goods are ready to be shipped to shipping.

  • Our standard next day delivery only applies, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are separate services, fees applies.
  • Parcel collection by DPD is scheduled between 3-4 PM Mondays-Fridays.
  • Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number.
  • DPD will inform you of the status of your parcel
  • On the day of delivery, you will be informed about the time slot when your Delivery is due.

  • DPD Next Day Delivery applies to most UK mainland addresses.
  • Some areas may require additional time, including: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and other remote postcodes

  • For these locations, delivery may take 2 or more working days and timed delivery slots may vary.
