In order to be eligible for a refund, product must be returned within 60 calendar days from the delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Return Policy for Iron Set

The full set of irons must be returned, including any free gifts. For iron sets, you are allowed to use the 7 iron as a test club, but it can not be damaged. The rest of the clubs must be returned unused, unwrapped and in brand new condition, including any free gifts, with plastic covers on club heads. There will be a flat fee of £5 to cover the postage fee which will be deducted from the refund.

 

After we receive your item, allow us 1-2 working days to process your return request  as the clubs will be up for inspection. Once complete, we will process the refund*.

 

Original shipping charge not included in the refund. Store credit refund will reflect real-time to your account once processed. For credit card payments*, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. (*items sold at full price) 

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Utility, Wedges and Putters

Only standard specification iron sets are returnable. Utility irons, individual wedges, wedge sets and putters are non-returnable. 

Custom-Built Clubs

All custom-built orders are made to your individual specifications and require a lead time of approximately 8-10 weeks, though this may vary depending on seasonal demand and order volume.(Update 12 November 2025)

 

Please note that custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned for any reason once placed. This includes all custom-built such as iron sets, wedges, utility irons and individual iron heads, which are non-refundable due to their personalised nature.

Warranty

Our 365-day warranty assures coverage for any potential transit damages, production issues, or instances of poor quality control. Each warranty claim receives individual attention, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution tailored to your specific needs.

*Items purchased at full price are eligible for warranty coverage.

Pre-orders 

Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Only product exchanges with other items will be accepted.

 

2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Refund Terms & Conditions

All discounted sales during our Black Friday Cyber Monday 2025 sale will only be eligible for store credit, not a cash refund.

*Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

 

 
Limited Edition Copper Clubs: Refund Terms and Conditions (01 Irons; 01T Irons; 01X Utility Iron; Wedge Set)

These exclusive clubs are available in very limited stock and are non-returnable due to their special edition status.

While the durable DLC finish offers exceptional protection, some wear and tear may occur over time, and this is not covered under our warranty.

Pre-owned Iron Set

Only the 7 iron has been used, the remaining clubs in set are unused and still have wrappers on heads and grips. Purchases of pre-owned iron sets are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

Cancellation Fee

There is a £15/ $20 cancellation fee for cancelled orders. Note: This is not applicable for any custom-build orders as they cannot be returned.
