In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 60 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Return policy for iron sets

The full set of irons must be returned. For iron sets, you are allowed to use the 7 iron as a test club, but it can not be damaged. To be eligible for a refund, the rest of the irons and wedges must be returned unused and in brand new condition, with plastic covers on club heads.

Any custom-built sets of irons or used iron heads are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Please email hello@caleygolf.com before returning any products to confirm the return delivery address. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Original shipping charge not included in the refund.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
