Golf clubs became overpriced. So we built Caley.
Premium performance without the £1,200 price tag.

Caley started with one simple frustration.
Founder Ryan Atha worked in a local pro shop, watched golfers get buried in inflated prices and overcomplicated buying decisions, then built Caley to make premium golf equipment more accessible.
The modern golf industry got complicated.
Golfers do not need more noise. They need clubs that feel right, perform properly, and make sense for the money.
Retail markups
Golfers pay for layers of distribution before they ever hit a shot.
Big-brand overhead
Sponsorships, launches, and yearly cycles all make clubs dearer.
Confusing fittings
The process got noisier than it needed to be.

Close to the courses that shaped the game.
From Caley’s warehouse and workshop near Drem, on Scotland’s golf coast, Ryan works alongside Stephen, our master clubbuilder, to keep the product honest: premium clubs, built with care, without the theatre around them.
Keep the parts golfers value. Remove the parts they do not.
The point is not to make golf equipment cheap. It is to stop making golfers pay for the layers around the club.
Fewer layers between us and the golfer.
No traditional retail markup built into the price.
Choices that help, not confuse.
Useful custom options without turning buying irons into a maze.
Premium components stay non-negotiable.
The savings come from the model, not from cutting corners on the club.
More of your money goes into performance.
That is how premium clubs become more accessible.
Golfers understand the point immediately.
